Freya started her pole journey in 2022, and has since become addicted. She loves how pole helps strengthen her body and celebrates all the ways it can move. When she’s not on the pole, she’s hanging out with her lovely partner and two dogs. She loves lifting weights, working out, and is currently working on her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

With a background in professional go-go dancing, burlesque, and many years in pole. Miranda brings high-energy movement into every class she teaches. Her goal is to create a fun, empowering space where students can build strength, confidence, and artistry while exploring their own unique style on the pole. Whether you’re here to train, perform, or just move for the joy of it, She’s here to support your journey every step of the way.

Liz began her dance journey with Salsa in 2009, exploring performance, competition, and teaching along the way. After an ankle injury in 2016, she discovered pole dancing in 2017, drawn to its unique combination of dance, strength, flexibility, and the challenge of stepping outside her comfort zone.
Liz continues to enjoy pole dancing for these reasons but has found her true passion in teaching. Her teaching style emphasizes details and solid foundations while keeping the experience fun and engaging. She loves inspiring her students and watching them achieve things they once thought impossible. In every class, she focuses on helping students feel empowered and excited about their progress, no matter where they start.

Nataly began her group fitness journey by teaching strength training for the past three years. In early 2025, she expanded her expertise to include Pilates which complements typical strength training perfectly. It’s an excellent way to build core strength, stability, and posture, providing a solid foundation for a wide range of physical activities. Pilates is a low-impact workout with numerous variations, making it suitable for everyone from seasoned athletes to beginners. Natay believes movement is a form of self-care, and everyone deserves to treat themselves.
When she’s not exercising, Nataly loves spending time with family (chosen & given), reading, playing the violin and hunting for the next place to have brunch! -
II love to dance! I went from being a kid creating dance routines with my siblings in our living room, to a person who’s spent 14+ years in the Dance Fitness Community who was ultimately inspired to teach others.
I teach Low Impact Dance Fitness. Energetic, fun movement that is challenging yet conscious of your body’s joints and stress points. If you want to move, but have injury prone spots or mobility limitations, then this class is for you! Low Impact Dance is also great for beginners and people who are curious about Dance Fitness as a whole.
But know this: Low Impact doesn’t mean Low Energy! My goal is to make you smile, make you sweat, and send you out still being able to use your knees and ankles. Come join me! I’m excited to tear up the dance floor with you! -
Morgan is a dancer, group fitness instructor, and certified personal trainer. Her favorite classes to teach are pole and strength. When she's not helping others work out, you can find her somewhere reading, playing video games, shopping, or enjoying the outdoors. She loves the community and feeling of accomplishment after a group class and hopes to continue helping people find their confidence and strength!

While her full name is Kristin, she prefers Krissy. She’s a proud mom of 5 incredible kids—her heart and her world. She’ll tell you herself: she’d do anything for them!
Life hasn’t always been easy for Krissy, but she’s an absolute testament to resilience:
- She became homeless just one month before her 18th birthday.
- Pregnant at 19, she found strength and purpose as she built her family and prioritized their happiness.
For the past 24 years, Krissy has been a devoted stay-at-home mom. Her family has always been her top priority, but fitness has been her personal outlet and passion.
Her fitness journey is nothing short of inspiring:
Krissy overcame chronic pain, navigated her own challenges, and lost her way for a bit. But through her dedication and perseverance, she not only lost 100 pounds but also found a renewed love for life and fitness. This transformation ignited her passion and drive to become a personal trainer and help others transform their lives. -
