Pole Classes

Start your pole journey with this foundational Level 1 course at Elevar Pole & Fitness! You'll learn to move around the pole, engage your muscles effectively, and build confidence in a fun, supportive environment. This class covers key spins, essential sits, begin working on climbing, and will introduce you to floorwork and freestyle movement. You'll also start creating short choreographies, develop strength for inverting, and explore the basics of spin pole. Whether you're here to gain strength, refine your movement, or simply have fun, this class is the perfect for you!
Requirements: None. This is where your journey begins!

In this class you'll work on mastering your climbs, take your spins up high, and learn basic inversions (both descending and ascending). There will be a focus on building strength and correct muscle engagement. This class will also continue building on spin pole mechanics and further expanding floorwork tricks. This class is appropriate for those who have mastered the basics and are looking to learn more tricks.
Requirements: Strong one handed spins on both sides, solid climb into a sit, and ability to hold a pole crunch on both sides.

Refine your skills in connecting inversions into seamless combos both up and down the pole. This intermediate-level class expands upon the fundamentals introduced in our L2 class, focusing on mastering intermediate inversions, tricks, and fluid transitions. Prepare to elevate your technique with training for aerial inverts, shoulder mounts, and enhancing extension and musicality in your pole routines.
Requirements:
Participants should be proficient in a basic inversion from the ground on both sides, possess strong inside and outside leg hangs, jasmine, genie, and demonstrate controlled forearm climbs to the top of the pole and back down. Or instructor approval.

An all levels class geared toward strengthening your body to support you in achieving your pole and fitness goals. Whether you're a poler or weight lifting pro, come for a fun and challenging workout.
No pole experience required.

Fitness Classes

Les Mills Shapes is a full-body, low-impact exercise class that combines Pilates, barre, and power yoga. The class uses small, controlled movements to strengthen and sculpt muscles, improve flexibility, and improve alignment.
What to expect:
Warm up: Start with a focus on breath and mobility to warm up the body and activate the core.
Core series: The class activates the core with a series of core exercises.
Glute series: The class activates the glutes with a series of glute exercises.
Standing series: The class includes a series of standing exercises that focus on the legs and upper body.
Strength series: The class includes a strength series with two options.
Glute burn: The class ends with a glute burn and some glute stretching.
This class will help improve hip stability, strengthen abs and back, improve posture, work on lateral movement, and tone major muscle groups.
Suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills Pilates is a 45-minute workout that combines traditional Pilates with modern breathwork, music, and choreography. The class is designed to improve strength, mobility, and happiness.
What to expect:
The class focuses on slow, controlled movements that tone the abs, glutes, back, and hips. This class also incorporates modern breathwork to create a sense of renewal and bliss.
Specialty Classes

This class is designed with the purpose of teaching proper form, technique, and execution of strength training movements. A full body workout using weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, benches, machines, and more to get lean, build muscle, and get stronger. Your trainer will encourage you to push outside your comfort zone while in a safe, supportive environment.

Want to work on strength and conditioning before you meet the pole? Enjoy your cardio disguised as fun instead of a workout? This is the class for you. Bootycamp is a combination of strength songs using resistance and repetition, as well as cardio dance breaks. This full body workout not only encourages you to train with intention and good form, but release and connect with your body in new ways. All fitness levels are encouraged to join. Class equipment will include light dumbbells, resistance bands, Bender ball, and yoga mat. Feel free to wear layers and bring knee pads as some work will be done on the floor.
