Freya started her pole journey in 2022, and has since become addicted. She loves how pole helps strengthen her body and celebrates all the ways it can move. When she’s not on the pole, she’s hanging out with her lovely partner and two dogs. She loves lifting weights, working out, and is currently working on her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Elena has been pole dancing for 10 years, having started during her college years. She was first attracted to the sport for its’ sexy and alluring nature but kept coming back because of how capable and confident it made her feel. In her words, “it is deeply empowering to learn what your body is capable of.” Outside of pole, she is a “total nerd,” writing software for a living and playing video games when she can.

Marika has trained in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, and Hip Hop since the age of four and eventually started teaching dance by age 15 for various local studios. In 2015 Marika began a search for a new form of fitness specifically to build core and upper body strength. After her first few pole classes, her love for pole was undeniable. Seeing her body strengthen with each class brings an enormous sense of accomplishment and progress, especially when that strength is successfully applied to new tricks, combos and technique. Pole has given her a safe place to dance, train and meet some amazing people in a supportive environment. Marika is excited to be able to share the positive experiences and joy she had as a result of pole and is grateful to have the opportunity to teach others just how fun and rewarding this journey can be.

Liz began her dance journey with Salsa in 2009, exploring performance, competition, and teaching along the way. After an ankle injury in 2016, she discovered pole dancing in 2017, drawn to its unique combination of dance, strength, flexibility, and the challenge of stepping outside her comfort zone.
Liz continues to enjoy pole dancing for these reasons but has found her true passion in teaching. Her teaching style emphasizes details and solid foundations while keeping the experience fun and engaging. She loves inspiring her students and watching them achieve things they once thought impossible. In every class, she focuses on helping students feel empowered and excited about their progress, no matter where they start.
