  • Zack is a personal trainer and powerlifting coach. As someone who struggled with mental health growing up, he found peace in lifting weights. He started with at home P90X videos and then eventually gravitated to the gym where he was introduced to powerlifting. After a few years of lifting he was thrust into the coaching world when a group of high schoolers at his gym took interest in him and asked for his help doing a competition. Ever since, Zack has found purpose in teaching the sport to others so that they can also find peace through discipline. 

     Zack is an elite powerlifter, having reached an elite total in 3 different weight classes. He has gone on to squat and deadlift over 600lb in competition, and has squatted over 700lb with knee wraps. His experience as an elite lifter and physics student enable him to be a strong teacher of technique and corrective movements. He prioritizes technique and stands firm on his belief that with the proper teacher, anyone of any age can squat, bench, and deadlift safely.

  • Madison Kettering is a Personal Trainer and FRC Mobility Specialist. Since earning her degree in Exercise Science in 2018, Madison has become certified through ACSM for Personal Training, and Functional Range Systems to become a Mobility Specialist. With her education and experience, her mission and specialty is to develop everyBODY into an able bodied human. 

    After gaining the lovely “freshman 15” in college, and then dealing with chronic low back pain in her early 20s, she used her new learned knowledge of health and fitness to not only lose the weight and become pain free,  but continue to get into the best shape of her life.  It was this experience that sparked her desire to become a personal trainer and help others do the same.  

    She has worked with a large demographic of people from as young as high school athletes, to her oldest client who is now 83 years old! Madison has found great success in not only creating workouts and mobility plans that work, but also teaching her clients healthy lifestyle habits they will carry with them forever. 

    When she’s not in the gym she enjoys hiking, skiing, making up new recipes, and hanging out with her friends and family. Madison loves meeting new people so if you see her around the gym feel free to say hello! 

  • I’m a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and mom of five on a mission to help others transform their lives. My own journey began in May 2020 when I weighed 240 lbs and was battling addiction. Through determination, I retrained my mind, built healthier habits, and reclaimed my life—losing 100 lbs in the process.

    Fitness became my outlet, my therapy, and my passion. Now, as an instructor specializing in agility, mobility, and sports stretching, I love inspiring others to take control of their health and break free from limitations. Whether it’s in the gym—my playground—or in life, I believe in the power of movement and mindset to overcome obstacles.

    I understand the struggle, and I’m here to guide, encourage, and show what’s possible when you commit to becoming the best version of yourself.

  • Ginny is a career dancer who has specialized in styles such as Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Hip- Hop. She received her B.S. in Dance and M.S. in Movement and Leisure Sciences and is a NASM certified personal trainer. She is also licensed in Barre Above, WERQ Dance Fitness, GROOV3, and Zumba. 

    Ginny is passionate about helping others find success and confidence in movement. Her health and wellness philosophy encompasses injury prevention, active recovery, and functional training for all fitness levels.
