In general, we suggest wearing form fitting clothing; leggings, shorts, sports bra, tank top, or t-shirt are your best options. As you progress in your pole journey skin contact with the pole becomes more necessary and booty shorts are a great option for climbing and inverts.
As for shoes, you are welcome to wear heels or sneakers in class, as long as they are not street shoes. We have a strict no street shoe policy in the studio.Kneepads are highly recommended for classes like low flow and are welcome in all classes, but not strictly necessary.

Not at all! Our classes are designed to build the strength you need for pole during class.

For our Pole Foundations and Pole Conditioning class, you do not need any prior pole experience.
Our Beginner Pole class requires either 6 Pole Foundations classes or instructor approval and our Beginner Low Flow also requires at least 4 Beginner Pole classes.

We have reserved spots 35 and 36 as well as the spot marked reserved next to Elevar. You are also welcome to park in front of the gym and in front of our garage door. After hours (after 5pm), you are welcome to park wherever you like.
